Paving Process

1.Site Leveling and Hardening

A hard foundation is required, such as cement, asphalt, concrete, or other rigid base materials.Paving can be carried out directly on hardened ground. If the ground is not hardened, it must be hardened in advance.

2.Lay large turf panels first.

Transport the large turf panels to the designated positions, unfold and flatten them. Before paving, confirm the direction of the turf fibers; the optimal effect is no light reflection when viewed from the entrance.

3.Adhere the seams with glue.

Apply adhesive along the center seam and onto the joining tape. Wait until the adhesive becomes slightly dry, then attach the joining tape to the seam. Apply another layer of adhesive onto the joining tape, and when it turns slightly tacky, press the artificial turf onto the tape to finish the splicing.

4.Adjust details and compact the turf.

When the adhesive is about to set, manually press the area back and forth to ensure the seam edges bond tightly with the joining tape. Groom the turf fibers and inspect the work for completion.

FAQ

Q1: Regarding Color Difference

A: All products are photographed in kind. Color discrepancy may objectively exist due to differences in lighting conditions, display devices, and personal perception of colors. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

(Note: Slight color variation may occur between different production batches, so please try to make a one-time purchase. Additionally, lay the turf flat along the direction of the fibers; otherwise, color difference may also occur.)

Q2: Regarding Odor

A: As the products are packaged immediately after production, a slight plastic odor may be detected upon first opening the package. This is a normal phenomenon and will dissipate completely within a few days after paving. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. All our products undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory, and they pose no health risks whatsoever.

Q3: Regarding Cutting

Since the artificial turf is not shipped in full rolls, customized cutting is required. A small amount of loose fibers and debris may be found along the trimmed edges, and simply cleaning them up will suffice.

Inevitable creases and wrinkles may occur on the turf due to cutting and shipping. These will recover naturally after a period of time, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. All products are inspected thoroughly before leaving the factory and will not affect normal use.
